Chelsea are expected to complete the signing of Italy right-back Marco Palestra and could sell Malo Gusto to Manchester City to make space, according to Sky Sports' paper talk.
It is a transfer-window angle with direct relevance for Premier League readers tracking Chelsea's squad planning this summer.
A reshuffle at right-back
Bringing in Palestra would deepen Chelsea's options on the flank, but it may also accelerate an exit for Gusto, with City reported as a possible destination.
What happens next
As ever with paper talk, the picture could shift quickly, but the linked moves point to continued churn in Chelsea's full-back ranks before the window shuts.
