Reporting an error
Accuracy is at the heart of what we do. If you spot a factual error in our reporting, please tell us. Email hello@thenetimes.com with the headline, a link to the article and details of the error.
How we handle corrections
- We review every correction request promptly.
- Where we have made a significant error, we correct the article and add a note explaining the change.
- Serious corrections are handled transparently and at the earliest opportunity.
Making a complaint
If you wish to make a formal complaint about our journalism — for example regarding accuracy, fairness or privacy — email hello@thenetimes.com with "Complaint" in the subject line. Please include the article details and a clear description of your concern.
What happens next
We aim to acknowledge complaints within five working days and to provide a full response as soon as possible. We take all complaints seriously and use them to uphold and improve our standards, as set out in our Editorial Guidelines.
